Shipping policy

Delivery time:

As each product is made individually for you, 2-3 days production time is required in addition to the shipping time. The total delivery time is therefore

7-11 days within the EU from receipt of your order.

Please be aware of possible delays during the holiday season. Thank you!

If your order contains multiple items of different product types, your order might be split in several packages due to fulfillment and quality purposes. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping methods:

Standard shipping within the EU 2 - 8 working days

Shipping costs:

Standard shipping within Germany €4.99 and free of charge from €80

Standard shipping within the EU €13 and free of charge from €111

As we currently ship to Germany and the EU, there are no customs duties.

 

Processing times: 1-3 working days (included in delivery time)

Shipping restrictions: We currently only deliver to Germany and the EU.

 

Shipment tracking: You will receive a tracking number to track your shipment via email.
